Learn about the latest advances in food innovation and get recommendations for eating less meat in 2025! Whether for health, ethical, or environmental reasons, there is no better time to cut out meat products in your meals!

There are a ton of new non-meat products that mimic meat and they are easy to get at local grocery stores. These products so closely resemble meat that they can be used as direct substitutes, in classic American dishes and when adapting cuisine from other countries, these plant-based products are versatile!

The presenter, who has been eating a low-meat diet since 2021, will explain what these products are made of, list her favorites, answer questions, and share 7 recipes to illustrate how these items can be used just like regular meat in almost every dish! Samples of ready-to-eat products will be available.
