Looking for help with a computer, tablet or mobile device? NOPL North Syracuse is offering drop-in tech help, no appointment needed!
NOPL tech help services are offered to the best of our ability and cannot guarantee a solution to every problem. This program is not intended for in-depth technology support such as complex troubleshooting, device repair or specialized software instruction.
The following services are not offered:
Malware, spyware or other malicious program removal or diagnosis. Hardware repair. Operation system repair or re-installation.
Please bring your own device. If the help needed includes web-based applications (setting up an email address, social media account, etc.), public computers are available for use.
