In this gentle, interactive workshop, you’ll explore practical ways to realign your body and mind with their natural rhythms. Drawing from Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions, we’ll discuss tools and habits to help you experience longer, deeper sleep over time.

We’ll explore:

🌿 Herbs that support rest and alertness
💤 Breathwork and relaxation techniques for better sleep
🧘‍♀️ Bedtime postures and comfort tips
☀️ Maintaining a balanced sleep–wake cycle

You’ll leave with strategies to try at home and a clearer understanding of what might be affecting your rest.

Mats, chairs, pillows, and blankets will be available. Please dress in cozy, comfortable clothing.
