Feeling stiff, tense, or low on energy? This class offers simple stretches, mindful breathing, and gentle movements designed to help you release tension and move with more ease, whether you sit at a desk, stand all day, or just need a reset.
Choose to practice from a chair or a mat. We’ll meet you right where you are! You’ll learn practical techniques to support posture, circulation, and relaxation that you can use anytime, anywhere.
In this class, you’ll explore:

💆♀️ Movements to improve posture and comfort
🧘♀️ Mindful relaxation to help reset the body and mind
No prior experience needed. Come as you are! Mats, chairs, and props will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Registration encouraged.
