Chair Yoga with Allison In-Person
Chair yoga isn’t just lots of sitting. This class uses the chair for balance, support, and mobility. Practice is suitable for anyone interested in intentional physical movement, peace of mind, and building resilience. The hardest part of this class is getting yourself TO the chair. Allison Graff from Ginger Tea Yoga Company will introduce this unique way to exercise and breathe.
